VAE CONTROLS - Telemetry & SCADA Water Network Monitoring Systems

As control systems for water supply and sewerage networks, VAE CONTROLS delivers a telemetric SCX SCADA system with application superstructure designed by British Serck Controls.

Modern SCADA ( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ) systems adopt all monitoring and controlling functions including decision-making processes. They fully replace routine control and leave the dispatchers with the option to supervise and intervene with the control whenever any operational needs arise. The system consist of telemetric stations mounted on the individual pump and control stations and water tanks, water treatment and cleaning plants, and a dispatching centre made up of one or more computers installed at the central dispatching or technologically complex facilities. Data transmission takes place using portable means, typically radio data networks, GSM or phone mobile.

As a key supplier of many water companies we are a member of Water Supply and Sewerage Association of the Czech republic (SOVAK).

SCADA SCX5
The SCX5 SCADA telemetry system provides reliable data collection and continuous real-time control in a user-friendly environment. The system is open, which compiles with up-to-date requirements imposed upon the architecture, supporting co-operation in integrating data in extensive networks. The product was awarded as "The most progressive technology" at an international "Voda 2000" exhibition held in Pilsen.
SCX 6 - SCADA System - Water network monitoring system
SCX 6 - SCADA System - SCX supports flexible architecture for various systems ranging from several hundreds to hundreds of thousands of data points. SCX is based on standard industrial interfaces and protocols - OPC, OLE/DB, ODBC, HTTP, XML, IEC61131, IEC60870, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus/TCP. This makes it into a global open SCADA system.
ODBC - Data Server
ODBC - DataServer is a controller for the access to the C-BASE database of the SCX SCADA dispatching system. A typical example of its use involves working with the database directly via Microsoft Excel.
SCX Explorer - Internet Application
SCX Explorer is an Internet-based application which allows for an access to some of the SCX SCADA system services via Internet Explorer browser.
Waste Water Treatment Plant
VAE CONTROLS designs, delivers and installs computer-assisted management systems of water treatment plants and sewage systems. The scope of our works includes a proportion of projects and deliveries of heavy current, MaR (Measurement and Regulation) and computer-assisted management systems.
TSX24 telemetric station
TSX24 telemetric station is a low consumption compact telemetric station designed for monitoring and remote control of technological facilities.
TSLC 422 Station
The facility is a small telemetric station designed for the simplest monitoring and controlling applications. In predefined intervals or once the limit/alarm value has been achieved, it transmits information on the state of inputs/outputs. Once the alarm/limit values are exceeded, the given action is executed: contact switching/breaking of the input, alarm report transmission.
VCLX24C Communication Module
The VCLX24C01 Communication Module is used as an inverter of Serck data protocol for the transfer and retranslation of messages via a radio network.
VCL X24 D02 Inverter
The VCL X24 D02 Inverter relay adapter has been designed to be integrated within the PX24 telemetric station, and it allows for the DO 1 and DO 2 transistor outputs of the telemetric station to be applied in switching two relay outputs.
CFI Inverter
The CFI Inverter has been designed to invert impulse signals to 4 to 20mA current signals. The inverter may be typically used in switching impulse output from a flow scanner or a rotation sensor . The purpose for which the CFI 1 inverter is used lies in the possibility to use standard input circuits of telemetric stations or programmable automatic devices, which allow for the processing of current rather than impulse signals.
ELBJ-1 Arrester
ELBJ-1 Arrester has been designed for RF overvoltage protection of radio station antenna terminals. The typical application involves radio networks for telemetric transmissions in water supply engineering, gas supply engineering, power industry and elsewhere.
VCL01M Source
VCL01M is an intelligent supply and standby source, whose parameters may be set by a computer.
